The Argentine Association of Television and Radio Journalists (APTRA) is going through decisive hours, as this Thursday its board of directors will hold a key assembly to debate what sanction Evelyn Von Brocke might receive. This follows the controversy generated by the public dissemination of a supposed asset declaration of Marcelo Polino without the information having been previously verified. According to what Argentine News Agency (NA) learned, prior to the meeting, various figures from show business and journalism spoke without filters in 'Desayuno Americano' (América), where the topic dominated the agenda. Alejandra Maglietti stated that she saw Von Brocke deeply affected by the situation: 'I have known her for a long time and she is very strong, but this time I saw her moved, she felt attacked'. For Maglietti, the maximum sanction would be disproportionate: 'I think she is repentant and that it hurt her. I understand that many did not like what she did, but expelling her seems excessive to me'. Aníbal Pachano was more blunt, avoiding circumlocutions and pointing directly to individual responsibility: 'Let her take responsibility for what she says and what she does'.
